Hi there, @MissJ86. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Also, may I know if you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby? I'm asking this as if your phone is connected to a different device such as headphones or speakers, it may have difficulties to find and connect to your watch.

That being said, let me recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:

  1. Forget your Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Versa 3, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Once this is done, set up the on-wrist phone calls one more time to see how it goes.

Note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

Hope this helps.
