Can't set up phone features to work on Versa

i just bought the versa, I was able to set everything up with my moto z, but not the phone features, I can't find the phone anywhere and it does not notify me of calls?

Am I right in thinking you want to set up notifications? 

You will need to open the fitbit app on your phone and do the following. 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image > your device image. 
  2. Scroll down to and tap on Notifications.
  3. Turn on the toggle for Calls.
  4. You can also select which other notifications you wish to receive from this screen.

thank you that help very much apparently I was missing permissions that's why I wasn't getting notified all works great now

@tcaddell71 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you weren't getting notifications on your Versa. Really happy to hear that your issue was resolved and that now you are getting notifications and also wanted to thank you for sharing what you did to resolve this as this may help other members in the same situation. By any chance could you share the model of phone you are using with your Versa?

My phone is a Moto Z, everything has been workong great!
