Can't setup Fitbit Pay on my new Versa 2

When attempting to setup Fitbit pay, it is unable and says that the Fitbit is in an “unstable state.” I rebooted and nothing changed.

Additionally, I am unable to update the tracker.

Of note, I just got my Fitbit back after sending it in under warranty where the “main board and bezel” hardware was replaced.

Hi there, @Miranda111623. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

Since your Versa 2 is pretty new, you'll need to wait until you can update it to the most recent FW. Your Versa 2 may appear up to date but it needs another update. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup and please know that in order to get Fitbit Pay and even the SpO2 clock face, your Versa 2 has to be updated.
