Can't setup Versa 2 with Samsung A71

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A71 and my Versa 2 will not pair as a trusted device for the lock screen. Please consider adding this in so those of us who have the A71 can pair them please! It would  be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're unable to setup your Versa 2 with your Samsung Galaxy A71. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
