Can't setup Versa after phone got reset

My phone got reset and now I could not setup versa. My watch shows wrong time and not in sync with my phone. 

 

When try to setup my phone sents a 4 digit code to watch but versa displays please unlock with your phone and doesnt display the code. 

 

I am helpless, please help

@Rajesh7575 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply. 

 

Let me help you with your locked Versa. Instead of setting up your Versa you can just log into your Fitbit account (your Versa should be still setup to your account unless you removed it). Once you have logged into your account you can follow these instructions to either remove the pin or change it.
