I have recently received a Versa and I have been trying to set it up on my Note 5 for the last 6 hours! It keeps saying update failed. However, I have a strong internet connection, my phone software is up to date, the Versa is close by etc., etc.
I have a page saying ''Updating your Fitbit Versa" with a loading bar down the bottom that won't move. Sometimes a message will appear saying ''Cant play video''. Other times it just says ''Not working?'' with the four instructions on what to do (which I have multiple times).
I have tried to uninstall the Versa from my account, turned my phone/versa off and one, Bluetooth off and on etc ... read every forum about ''troubleshooting'' yet nothing is working. Absolutely nothing I do is working. Its very frustrating because I am a first time user of Fitbit and with friends who have the Versa it seems great, this is just a very disappointing start.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your watch? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? help article and follow the instructions provide there.
