Can't setup my Versa

I’m trying to set up my new Fitbit and it has been pairing to my device for over an hour. I have put in the 4 digit code but it is stuck on the paring screen. Should it take this long to pair or has something gone wrong?

Hi, @KiarablAnche, no it should not take that long.  It sounds like something went wrong in the set up -- maybe you lost wifi connection, or it dropped too low?

 

I would check that you have a strong wifi signal and then re-start the set up process.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your Versa? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
