Can’t sign in to Alexa

I can’t seem to sign into Alexa I have an Apple 7+ phone. When I try to sign into Alexa through my Fitbit I get a message that says The new email address you have provided is already in use. Please use a different email address.  I can’t get my Amazon app to recognize my Fitbit either.

@IrishPickle It seems like you're trying to sign up instead of logging in as it mentions the new email address. Please log in with your alexa amazon account.

I am logging in, not signing in and I am getting the error message : The new e-mail address yuo provided is already in use.  Please use a different e-mail account.
