I've had my Versa lite for a week and the screen wont swipe. I've turned it on and off...anyone know how to fix this??? Cheers!

I have the same issue. I’ve had my Fitbit for just over a year and it very rarely swipes up. I’ve tried restarting it but no luck.

Hi there! My versa lite suddenly can't swipe the screen or swap from heart rate to steps etc. I've tried rebooting and have found over the last week it just reboots itself and still doesn't swipe. Any advice please?

Hi! Mine is doing the same thing. I have tried all the solutions I have seen listed such as rebooting and changing the clock face... also now my battery is not even lasting a day 😞 without exercising. When I go to workout my tracker is dead. It is very inconvenient.

Hi, I have the same problem since yesterday I updated the device. I can’t swipe up my screen. I have already rebooted many times but still not fixed.
Is there any other way to fix it?
