Can't swipe my Versa Lite screen

I've had my Versa lite for a week and the screen wont swipe. I've turned it on and off...anyone know how to fix this??? Cheers!

My Versa lite isn’t swiping either. It sometimes does but it’s rare. I’ve tried turning it on and off a bunch of times, changed the clock face, and nothing. This thing is so glitchy 😞

I am following this as I got my Versa Lite in Dec 2019 and I cannot swipe it either.  Please help!  Thank you.

I sorted mine my plugging it into my laptop and using the app. It needed an update (even though on my phone app it said it didnt🤷🏼‍:female_sign:) 

its working good as new now!

I've only had my fitbit versa lite since November and gave the same problem.   I've changed the clock several times,  reinstalled the app and reset the watch.  What else can I do?  A watch should last more than 3 months.

Hi, I ended up logging it with their support centre.

My Versa 2 is doing the same thing.  Swiping is not working for anything.  I've also done a restart twice to try and resolve to no solution.

please help.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I attempted to restart it multiple times over the last couple weeks and it still won’t swipe. 

Any suggestions?

I also had that problem, I read that I can leave the button pressed until the logo came out and that made the screen as if its on but you cant see anything. I already charged it to see if it could help, and also by syncing it with my phone but nothing works. It still vibrates and works as if you could see the screen but you cant see anything.

You need to take it back and get a new one.

Yes, return. That's what I did. They replaced it.

Hello I am having the same problem with my Fitbit versa lite. I have had it for a few months. I can’t swipe and my Fitbit randomly goes blank and restarts it self. I have had fit bits for three years and never had a problem. Can you please help as I love my Fitbit. My battery also doesn’t seem to last long maybe two- three days as before it was lasting 7 days Thankyou Lynne

Hi, I contacted the fitbit customer care centre & they replaced by fitbit

I had to end up calling the company they sent me a new one because it was
still under
