Can't swipe my Versa Lite screen

I've had my Versa lite for a week and the screen wont swipe. I've turned it on and off...anyone know how to fix this??? Cheers!

Hello

 

my Fitbit Versa Lite will not slide or allow me to select any options. I have changed the clock face to one made by Fitbit. I have restarted the device. Please help.

I had same issue. I called them and they sent a replacement since it was under warranty

I have the same issue, but I can't swipe to get my Versa to reset. Anyone know how to fix this?

This seems to be a problem with the Versa Lite, are they working out a solution? I am now having the same issue, too. It is frustrating.

I finally got my screen to un freeze! I uninstalled the Fitbit app, and I also help the bottom on my Versa.

I would call customer service. They might be able to send you a repcacment.

I would call customer service. When I did, they sent me a new fit bit since it was under warranty

I contact customer service and they gave me several steps to try. It still does not work and is frustrating me. Not much I can do.

I have reset and updated my fit bit lite and still cannot get the screen to change. I've only had it 5 months and 2 of them it has not worked properly.

I have had my Fitbit Versa Lite since Dec 2019 and it stopped responding to touch in February 2020. After trying all the fixes Fitbit sent a new device, I received it at the end of February. My new device was working great and now the screen is not responding to touch again. This is ridiculous Fitbit!

Mine has stopped swiping too. It also randomly shows the Fitbit symbol and buzzes.... Help?!

I went to the chat and they ended up sending me a replacement. You just have to be patient getting through Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S7 active, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

I’ve had the same problem. Did the reboot thing, I can’t turn it off or change anything anymore because the screen flashes for a milla second.

I called and they replaced mine free of charge as it was still under
warrantee. --
