Can’t swipe my Versa Lite screen

I have rebooted and still my watch won’t slide screens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite is not swiping. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Please confirm the steps you've tried to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Confirm if your watch is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Try changing the Screen Wake setting to manual as some users found it helpful to resolve this issue, you can find the steps to change it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
