Can't swipe on fitbit versa lite

Can't swipe on my versa lite, it seems to frozen, anyone able to help me?

Hi @Lauracwex 

I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa. I think a reset should do the trick. Hold the button for a count of 10 and your Fitbit will restart and you will see the Fitbit logo. You may need to do this a couple of times. I had this happen yesterday and after 3 restarts everything appears to be fine.

Hi Marci.

 

Thank you for your response, have tried that a few times and still nothing!! It seem like it is frozen.... hopefully i can resolve it!

Does it still sync with your mobile device? Is it still tracking your step even in a frozen state?
