My versa 3 won’t allow to swipe, like at all. I’m stuck where all you see is the time. I can’t swipe and I can’t tap the icons either when I double tap the button and music, controls and other icons are. I’ve tried resetting and charging it.

I understand your Versa 3 is stuck where you only see the time and the screen is unresponsive to touch. I see you tried restarting your Versa 3. I’d try restarting a couple more times. If that doesn’t help fix this issue try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. Preferably back to the original clock face or another clock face made by Fitbit to see if that helps. : https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
