Can’t switch to kid view

We’ve just give our child a Versa 2 for their birthday. I’ve set it all up in family but when we try and swap to Kid View, the APP just shows the wheel of death and nothing happens. I’ve tried now on 3 different devices and it’s doing the same on all of them. 

To trouble shoot I’ve logged in and out, deleted and reinstalled the app etc. on all the devices but no luck. 

Have a very very disappointed 10 year old.

I’ve an iPhone XS but have also tired on 2 different iPads. 

all ate on the latest operating systems.
