Can't sync KYOCERA Duraforce pro 2

I can't set up my versa 2 to my Duraforce pro 2.....

I did a factory reset on my Fitbit and it's stuck on download Fitbit app to start,

I've restarted Fitbit re downloaded app

I've battery optimized my phone to Fitbit, my phone will not connect to my watch 

I also have called Fitbit support and all they say is my phone is incompatible.... Gee brand new phone and it's incompatible? Really? Lazy F***$ sorry but I'm mad this watch was expensive

 

Note. I had this watch connected to my Duraforce pro 1 no problems

So why would my pro 2 not be compatible?

Your phone is not supported so you should not expect the device to work as intended.

 

Take a trip to https://www.fitbit.com/devices and consider purchasing a phone that is supported.

 

Ranting will not get you far in life. Perhaps consider a more constructive approach if you are genuinely seeking help.

Wow I hope that made you feel all tall and mighty I bet you can go home and
feel like a king or a queen from what it sounds like but hey thanks for
your constructive criticism a simple it won't work with that phone at all
would have sufficed just fine... get a f###ing life
