I have previously synced music from iTunes to Versa but now the process has broken. When I attempt to make a connection to the Fitbit Connect for Mac app, it appears to connect from the watch side but the Fitbit Connect app gets stuck on "looking for device". I've tried updating the app, turning off bluetooth, checking WiFi connection, etc. with no result. The good news is that I have music on the watch from when it worked. But I can't change it so I have only the same 300 songs to listen to out of a collection of thousands. BTW - disappointing that the Versa 2 has the same storage capacity. Being able to store 600 or more songs would have given me a more compelling reason to upgrade. And it's really clunky to have the setup for the watch on the phone but music sync on the Mac. It should all be on the phone.

@DRM2 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your music transfer and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit connect software and restart your Versa following these instructions. After this retry the music transfer.
Let me know how it goes.

Same result. Watch appears to connect but Fitbit connect software keeps "looking for device". As I said, this used to work, then broke.
