Hello,
I don't have cell service here so don't have a cell phone. Previously I used Windows 10 to log onto my Versa 3 fitbit. But it appears that this is no longer an option? Does this mean I should purchase a exercise device from another company that does allow computer log ins? If so, what company would you recommend?

Hi @X_Y_Z you need a compatible phone or tablet that uses wifi to use the Fitbit app and sync. As for competitors that still allow set up and syncing via the computer, you'd have to search for it yourself.

Thanks. Since we don't have cell phone service here in Vermont, there's no use for a phone or tablet. Guess I'll have to go with a competitor.
