Hi @gdallen,
Turn your phone's Bluetooth ON.
Open your Fitbit app.
Pull down from the top of the screen and you should be able to sync.
If you still can't sync, go to your Tracker Settings by tapping the small picture of the Versa 1/2/Lite on the upper left hand corner of your screen. Then tap "Sync Now" and you should be all set.
