Versa is connected to app on Win 10. I put the watch in transfer mode. Go to music, then personal music, and all it does is spin and spin saying "looking for your watch". It never finds it. The watch is on the same network as the PC. I am so frustrated. Been at this for over an hour. - Side question - Are Fitbit Connect and the Fitbit app 2 different apps? Do I need both? Please excuse caps. I have vision problems.

Let me help you with the music transfer to your Versa. Try restarting your Versa before trying the transfer. After this follow these instructions to do so.
Regarding the Fitbit app and Fitbit Connect they are different programs but you will need the Fitbit app for music transfer in Windows.
