Can't transfer music from my Windows app to my Versa 2

I have been trying to transfer music to my versa 2 for a few days now.
I get it connected to the internet and everything, so im doing everything right according to every video/forum/troubleshooting i read over these past few days.
However, when My fitbit conntects and says to continue from the desktop, My desktop just keeps showing the 'click the transfer music button on your fitbit' message and trying to find it.

I synced my fitbit with the windows app, have it connected to the same wifi and my fitbit itself says everything works. It's just the desktop app that wont connect to my fitbit when you click 'personal music'. What can I do?

Hi

 

I can confirm i tried all of it.

My fitbit keeps telling me it's connected, but my desktop app always shows the 'searching for tracker' screen:

The screen which shows you to tap "transfer music" on my tracker.

 

After a while my desktop app asks me "trouble connecting?" And gives me 4 things to try to better the connection, but nothing helpt. All the while my fitbit just says "follow instructions on your computer".

 

Im at a loss.
