Can't transfer music to Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I'm trying to upload music to my Versa but everytime it says "Device storage is Full, can't transfer any more playlist at the moment."

But I have no music on my Versa. It shows on my Versa "No Music Loaded"

I tried the Help Articles but those steps didn't work.

The playlist that I made on iTunes only have 77 songs but was advertised up to 300 songs can be uploaded on the Versa

Please can someone advice?

Thank you

@nstrydom Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you can't transfer music to your Versa. Try restarting your computer and restart your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

After this retry transferring music. Also please try using an smaller playlist of around 10 songs just to test this process.

Let me know how it goes!

Finally got it right but luckily my husband has a Windows 10 laptop. So personally I feel the transfer of music is not Mac friendly and the Fitbit Connect app for Mac is not user friendly. When I used Windows 10 I had no problem transfering music and staying connected to wi-fi.

Thank you

@nstrydom sorry for the delay in my reply. Thank you for your update and for the feedback regarding the Fitbit connect app for Mac. Still really happy to hear that you were able to add music to your Versa using your husband's computer and hope you enjoy more your workouts by listening to your personal playlist.

I'll be around!
