Can't transfer music to Versa

Please help. I am following the instructions to add music onto my Versa but it keeps saying I need to turn the Bluetooth off on my computer to allow this to happen. I use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, if I do this, I will lose all control on my computer.  Do I really have to go and buy a wired mouse and keyboard to put the music onto my new watch? Any help would be appreciated, otherwise the watch goes back to the shop!

Your bluetooth should be on. I know that when I had problems, I turned off the bluetooth and then back on again. You do not have to buy a wired mouse and keyboard.
