Cannot transfer iTunes to Versa. Tried all options on internet, still does not work. Appears I am not the only frustrated user. Any help would be appreciated. Bought at Verizon, they were useless and really could not care less even though they sold as how easy it was. Went back and their comment was if we had to do this for every customer it would take four hours. Only spent $1200 including a new iPhone, not bad for four hours.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues transferring your music to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
