I have tried EVERYTHING!! I'm trying to get my music from my itunes into my versa. I downloaded the app. I make sure everything is running on the same WiFi... but my music wont transfer and my laptop can not find my watch. FRUSTRATED!!!!

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to transfer music. Keep in mind you can only transfer files that you own or don’t require a license. I would like you to confirm that you're doing this procedure to download music to your Fitbit watch. If you are but you keep having issues, please try this troubleshooting.
