Whenever I try to upload music to my Versa, it says it's ready to transfer music but my computer still says it's looking for my Fitbit. Is it connecting to another computer? What can I do to fix it?

If you are having issues transferring music to your watch, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
