Hi, I can't transfer music to my versa smartwatch. My phone is upstairs and my computer is downstairs, as soon as it is synced on my computer and the watch is right beside my computer, then when I press transfer music on the watch. It spins for a little bit then it says "use your computer to transfer music" and then the only option is to press end now. I even tried to turn off bluetooth on my phone.
