Can't transfer music to versa

I had the charge HR and decided to upgrade to the Versa because i wanted to be able to listen to music.I haven't been able to transfer music to my versa for the past three months or so and i have tried EVERYTHING. i have reset the versa three times in a row, talked to customer support via chat, all they do is say " we'll escalate and send an email" and that does NOTHING. I've done that three times. I mean seriously, a $200 watch and it doesn't do what its suppose to?! It just sits there saying waiting to connect, the Bluetooth is off, wifi is connected and four hours later (literally) nothing can be transferred to the watch. Fitbit either needs to send me a brand new watch or send me my $200 back.I should of gotten the apple watch, at least i'd be able to put music on it with no troubles.

@reesiepoo hmm this may sound silly but have you tried putting all involved devices near the router? And by near, I mean almost on top... Alternatively I would try a different wifi network...

You seriously have to do all that just to transfer music?! you know, i'd rather just use my ipod and throw this thing in the trash. the only thing its good for at this point is tracking my sleep, which i could've done with the Charge HR. Like i said, Fitbit needs to either send me a new watch the work properly or send me $200.

You choose

@reesiepoo Well, I understand your frustration, nevertheless, before sending you anything, Fitbit will ask you to cover all troubleshooting steps. This is one of them.

@reesiepoo Then, why did you mark it as a solution? I am afraid I am unable to help.

I spoke with Fitbit customer support on the phone. Apparently, this is a known issue but there is NO SOLUTION at this time. We, who are experiencing this issue, are expected to wait until they can find a solution. $200 down the drain. I have to go back to using my iPod and listening to Bluetooth headphones when i work out
