My fitbit vera did not show the screen so I could not turn off my alarm. I just tried to turn it off and turn it on but I failed to turn it on.

I charged it last night.

I loved it. Please give me some advices.

@_mimosarah Try rebooting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears (for Versa Lite - press the back button for 10 seconds).

@_mimosarah So it's charged and the screen is black. Are the sensor lights blinking? Is it still syncing?

@_mimosarah that could mean either it's dead dead or not charged. Wipe the ports with some alcohol and try charging from various sources (outlet or usb port on your computer) for several hours. Then attempt reboot. If this not help and the lights are still not blinking and tracker is not syncing, press and hold all buttons for up to 3 minutes or until logo flashes. If this does not help, I'm afraid you will have to reach out to Customer Support as you might require a replacement.
