Can't turn off alarms on my Versa 2

My Versa 2 alarm goes off every morning. I set that alarm a few years ago now I can't find it to shut it off. It is not in Alexa.

Hi there, @Pattimills2017. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

To turn off an alarm, open the Alarms app > tap the alarm >  turn the alarm off. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

The alarm does not show up at all or anywhere on the app. It is hidden
somewhere.
