My versa 2 is stuck on the clock screen and im unable to scroll right to get on my apps so now I can’t turn the daily alarm off.
I’ve googled and most threads state there should be a silence alarm button but it’s not on my app.
any help or suggestions would be most welcome

Hi @Aimes212 - this may be only a temporary issue, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Then see if you still have the problem.
Sudden non swipe availability is often a sign of internal damage due to water getting in.

Thanks for the reply it must be water damaged as I’ve restarted it loads of times 😩
do you know if there’s another way to switch the alarm off? Was annoying being woke up off my alarm on my day off 😂

@Aimes212 - you can try a factory reset with the button but be aware this may cause the watch to stop working altogether.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
If you end up replacing the watch (or choosing another brand) to avoid disappointment stick with the same model from the shops (or online) as some of the more expensive later models don't have the features you already have.
