Can't turn off sleep mode nor DND after the update

I updated my Versa 3 watch the other day and since the update,  I can NOT take it off of sleep mode/do not disturb mode which means I can not change any of my settings. It's very frustrating. I've tried shutting my watch down numerous times. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have any suggestions?

Please note that you can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. So, I'd like to confirm which of the two you have turn on right now? For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If you're following the instructions above, but still cannot turn off either sleep mode or DND, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 3 as instructed here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi! Actually both are turned on right now. My sleep mode is on and my DND mode is on. I keep hitting to turn off and neither respond. I have shut my watch down at least 5 times already with no luck. Thank you!

Same thing happened to me this morning. Tried restart several times. When I click on icons I can see like settings there is nothing showing up.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
