Can't turn off snore detection

Evening all,

I upgraded to a Versa 3 today and have been setting it up.

I agreed to the snore/noise detection however I've changed my mind and now I can't see an option anywhere to turn it off.

I've got premium which I've had for a while. I've tried the options as shown to others (sleep tile, settings) but there's not even an option to turn on/off the setting.

Help!

@BetzPod23- thanks for the useful feedback - odd that it was able to calculate a snore detection [perhaps of nothing].

Just in case have you tried to logout of the Fitbit App and on Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, also swipe off the task. It may cure any functional issues in the App when you login again.

If you are interested in longer battery life, look in this link How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.  you should be able to get 5 or more days between charges.

Hi @BetzPod23 - snore detection is a premium only option, accessed via the sleep tile settings.

@BetzPod23- you may be able to find an access to Snore detection in the Discover section of the Fitbit App on your phone at the bottom.

@Guy_  thanks so much for replying.

On the sleep tile I have :- sleep schedule and bedtime reminders but no toggle switch for the snore part

I also have a snore score from last night but I can't see a way to turn it off at all, it's so frustrating and it drained my battery 40% overnight

@BetzPod23- thanks, what do you see in the Discover, Health & Fitness section at the bottom of the main page?

In watch settings, vibration & audio, try also turning off microphone, then it can't work, it would be interesting to know what difference it makes for the battery.

@Guy_  I can see that Sleep is on alongside the other modules I have open such as mindfulness and when I open it, it goes to the sleep section as normal

Have now turned off the microphone via the watch. Interestingly, last night I turned off permission for the app to access my microphone but still had the sleep score/snore detection this morning.

Will fully charge today again and see how my battery is overnight tonight. I also spoke with Chat and they weren't able to help but said they'd forward it to the team.

@Guy_  I tried removing my watch from the app last night but I'll try the forced stop/clear cache now and see if that helps

Thanks so much for your help!
