Can't turn on Versa

Hi, I am unable to turn on versa Fitbit. It's only couple of months old and I tried holding the buttons from previous forums. It also get over heated when I charge, within few minutes.

Sine your Versa is overheating, I would suggest to contact Customer Support and remove the Versa from the charger asap.
