Can’t unlock Versa 2 with new iPhone

Hi all!

I traded in my old iPhone for an iPhone 14 but can’t get my Versa 2 set up on it. I m signed in on the Fitbit app and have started syncing it. It finds it with no problem but I can’t put in the code displayed on my watch because it says “unlock with your phone”. 
I have uninstalled the app, signed out of the app and restarted the watch. I can’t do a hard restart because the phone is completely locked. 
Is this hopeless?

Please under any circumstance DO NOT remove the Versa 2 from your Fitbit account.

Unfortunately, it seems that is what happened. It is no longer showing up on the app when I open it on my new phone. When I add it back into my account, the watch vibrates, signaling that there is a code but I can’t see it because the Fitbit is telling me to unlock it using my phone. I am stuck in this perpetual loop.

Hey @JuanFitbit , I am also facing similar issue where I have lost my watch connect through app and I cannot access 4-digit stating following message of "Unlock with Your Phone". How to unlock this device and connect to app?Capture.PNG
