Can’t unlock Versa with phone

I have been trying to unlock my versa through the fitbit app. I get to the point of changing my pin and continue to get the following msg...

‘unexpected error occurred, please try again later.’

This has happened about 5 times over the course of a couple hours.

Yes , I have a few times and I keep getting the same msg.

mine has done the same, around the same time as yours. I have tried the recommendation solutions & get the same response as you did.
