My baby sister has been mucking around with my versa and now I can’t use it anymore . I have no device lock option only a blocked I’ve tried to reset pin on the app but there is an error and it Won’t connect . I’ve also tried to remove the cards from wallet but I can’t get in with my pin there either

Hi, @bardotuhaka you will need to remove your cards in order to reset your PIN. You should be able to do this from your Fitbit app on youe phone, and the passcode you need for that is your phone's unlock code, not your Fitbit's.
Have you tried that? Once your cards are removed you should be able to reset your PIN and unblock your Versa.
If you still are having difficulty, please post again with as much information as possible (what phone you are using, exactly what error messages etc)
