My son has managed to lock my versa. I have unlocked it before. But recently after charging it won’t sync properly so I have to uninstall the versa and reinstall . It is now locked and can’t reinstall as it needs unlocking with my phone - help? I have tried turning versa off and on too.

Hi @Graysonfish1, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your locked Fitbit Versa, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it unlocked before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
