i bought a Fitbit versa 2 on the marketplace and it's locked the seller it's not answering I don't know what to do or how to unlock it

Hi there, @Maggy06. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 2 is locked. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this.
For this specific scenario, the only solution is to perform a factory reset on your Versa 2. To perform a factory reset, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Since your Versa 2 is new and you haven't had the chance to set it up yet, we are good. However, please bear in mind that we do not recommend this process unless we can confirm it's safe to do so. A factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
