Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone as I've unpaired it

Hi there!

My Versa 2, which I got 7 months ago, is stuck showing an 'Unlock with your phone' screen. It stopped syncing so I removed it from my devices list in the Android Fitbit App, and now I cannot find a way to adding it back to the App. If I start the set up process, it will ask for a pin number, but the watch keeps saying 'Unlock with your phone'.

After Googling around, watching videos and looking in the Fitbit forums, I have not been able to solve the problem. This is what I have tried so far:

- Restarting the watch infinite times

- Removing the application from the phone and adding again

- Manually pairing the watch via bluetooth but it says 'Pairing rejected'

Anyone can help?

Thanks,
Mina

Hi there, @minapatatina. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since you're unable to unlock your watch using your phone, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your device:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
