My watch has message. Unlock with your phone. Can anyone help me. I'm not very good with any of this watch phone.

Sounds like your Fitbit setting has the lock device feature turned on. If you want to disable it click your profile pic on the App, select your fitbit device, scroll down to device lock then disable it.

Thank you so much for trying to help me. I don't know why I ever thought I would be able to do anything with this watch. I click on my profile pic and went thru everything there. And could not find device lock. I don't know why this is so hard or me. Thank you anyway.

@Gandalf216 After clicking on your profile pic, you then need to select your Fitbit device & scroll to bottom of that page to find the device lock feature. Here’s a screenshot.
