Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone

I have a message that says "Unlock With iPhone" but even when I go in the app and try and change the code, it doesn't work. The watch isn't on the app anymore so I'm trying to reset it from the watch.

Hi there @carohamp13, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you to unlock your Versa 2. I appreciate you've taken the time to fix this issue prior to posting here. Nice way to go! 

I recommend doing a factory reset directly from your Versa 2: 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
