Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone

Screen says unlock with phone and won't  connect .any ideas  how to change this

If you haven't done so, please try the steps recommended here How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone? 

If you cannot perform the above steps because your watch is no longer paired to your phone, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your device:

1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
   1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
   2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
