Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone

Hi all, I have a Versa 2 that is blocked, first I tried to change the pin but the device show me an error all the times, so I removed from the app and bluetooth this device, so, now I have a blocked and no interactive Versa 2. So, how can I reset the clock or solve that?

Hi there, @Nepheredis. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Since you're unable to unlock your watch using your phone, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your device:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I have tried your suggestion several times and all to no avail. What else can I do. After holding the button for several seconds the Fitbit logo appears, I hold the button again.. it goes black but then the clock face appears and once again ask me to unlock the watch using my phone.
