Hi there, @RaywindranRaj. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!

As per the description of your post, it seems that your Versa 2 is no longer connected to your phone's Bluetooth. With that being said and in order to unlock the watch now that it's no longer paired to your phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @RaywindranRaj - it seems there is just a syncing problem and it may not be necessary to factory reset to resolve that. In some case a factory reset will destroy the watch so only should be done as a very last resort.

As a first attempt try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?

When you log back in to the app, don't close it but return to the phone home screen. A sync pop up should appear, if it's not already synced, click on this and wait for the watch pair and link prompts and sync.

This may be enough to get it working again.

Here is some info which may also help How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @SpartanBuddha. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device.

Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

With that being said, please confirm if you've followed the steps below to solve this issue:

  • Unpair the Fitbit device from the phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up the Fitbit device again.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Fitbit device.

If you can't get started with the Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
