Hello ... my versa 2 is disconnected from my phone and every time I get the message in watch for unlock with your phone .. now i cant even hard reset the watch by pressing the keys .. is there any other ways for me to hard reset?

In order to unlock the watch now that it's no longer paired to your phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Here's about unlocking with phone, but it has nothing to do with being disconnected from phone so don't know if it's what you want:

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I am not able to find the device lock option in my phone app while my watch was in sync with the app.
I tried reinstalling the latest update from playstore but no luck!
