Can't unlock my Versa 2 with my phone

Please help me fitbit community my fitbit versa 2 shows data not cleared sync and try again but my watch is unpaired with mobile and i performed a factory reset because my friends put wrong passwords a lot of times which cause it to say that unlock with phone and i have unpaired it which cannot be synced or paired again please help me ...
