My versa 2 is synced perfectly with the app but when I changed the strap I managed to lock it. Now it says unlock with phone but in the app while I can see versa 2 and all the data, it does not have the device lock option. I don't wish to factory reset, is there any way I can get that device lock option on the app?

If the Fitbit app is not showing you the option, would you mind trying logging out and logging back into the Fitbit app? Then, please try following the steps below to unlock your Fitbit device:
Note: After you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Google Wallet as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Hi, thank you for the response. I logged out and then logged back in to the app but the device lock option is still not there. But all my data is synced up to date and I even get notifications on the watch. Is there anything else that I can try.
