Recently, I am unable to unlock my device. The touch screen only responds to a limited numbers and does not respond to the backspace at all.

Please note that if you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.
To unlock your device with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay or Google Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
If the above doesn't describe your issue, would you mind giving me more details of the message you're receiving on your Versa 2? You mention that it's lock, what it is asking for?

I haven't entered an incorrect PIN 10 times, but that has happened previously, so I am familiar with that.
It was prompting me for a PIN just to scroll, but the certain numbers would not enter by touching. There is no message. I restarted my Versa 2 as well. I think the parts of the touchscreen have somehow stopped responding.
