This morning my device said to unlock with my phone. Having googled it and followed the instructions in other threads I went as directed but unfortunately the option to unlock the device or reset my pin isn't available on my Versa 3 section of the app, I only have in order - On-wrist calls, Notifications, High & Low Heart Rate, Reminders to move, Main goal, Wrist Placement, Quick View, and WiFi Settings.
I've tried restarting the Versa 3, tried unpairing it from Bluetooth nd repairing it, and tried deleting the cache and data from the app,, but had no luck at all.
How can I unlock the device if the option simply isn't present?

Hi @TeeJay87 - it is the next option after WiFi Settings. It could be a font problem and the screen is not scrolling all the way to the bottom, or a full screen mode setting [ where the navigation buttons hide the text] . Have a look at other screens to make sure the text/options are all there.
You could log out of the Fitbit App and when you login there are disclaimers with agree at the bottom, or Next on some screens
But first restart the phone, it may clear it.

(I accidentally selected best answer,, apologies)
Unfortunately that isn't the case I can see everything right to the bottom including all the log out options on settings etc.
I've even just tried reducing the system font to the minimum and restarting , but it makes no dofference

@TeeJay87 - thanks, try again to logout of the app, clear the storage cache, force stop it and swipe the task window off.
It sounds very like an app issue, failing that uninstall and reinstall the app, and redo the main settings again.
The other option is to factory reset the watch but then it has to be done correctly and setup all over again. Best to resolve the app issue.
